Join us in putting UNITY in our Community.

Our organization exists for its members and must be supported by its members and our community partners.

All homeowner and condominium associations, and individual homeowners not living in Association governed communities as well as individuals otherwise residing in the Kendall area are welcome to join the KFHA.

We meet at the Civic Pavilion at the Kendall Village Center and we welcome all concerned Kendall residents to attend our meetings, join our organizations, receive our newsletters, review our website and participate in all civic affairs of our community.

Our website, ever expanding as a definitive information resource, will update our readers on meeting dates, locations and topics.

We provide information on all subjects of interest to our community. Navigate through the Issues, Community Resources, Links and Calendar categories of KFHA.org to broaden your information base and keep up on the current events effecting your everyday lives.
