COMMUNITY PARTNERS are the businesses and individuals who live and/or work within the KFHA service areas of East and/or West Kendall.

Businesses can not be voting members or hold positions on the KFHA Board of Directors. There are no business memberships in a Homeowner Association Organization (HOA).

Owners or employees of a business who reside within the defined community can apply to join the KFHA. Their respective business can voluntarily choose to support the mission of the KFHA by providing financial support, free in-kind services or (discounted) goods for the community activity, event or program that we organize, administer or support, for the specific or general benefit of our membership or of our individual neighborhood associations or non-for-profit community based organizations (CBOs) that contribute to improving the quality of life of our residents that these CBOs serve within the KFHA areas and beyond.

There is no specific dollar value required to become a Community Partner.

Zoning Lawyers and their Land Developer clients will not be considered for Community Partner status. Anyone could have a perception of someone "buying influence or support" from the KFHA before Zoning Councils and County Commissioners relating to approval for their projects.

It is important to our organization to remain above any misperception.
